The authors are requested to submit papers at imsemti@ctgroup.in by mentioning Track ID. The decision regarding the acceptance of the paper is at the direction of the Technical Program Committee. The list of Journals will be available on the conference website.

SUBMISSION RULES & PUBLICATION*

Author(s) should submit their original unpublished work in the word format to IMSEMTI- 2024. All the accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings with an ISBN number and in UGC approved Journal. The papers of high quality will be published in SCI, Scopus Indexed Journal provided that authors do major improvements and extensions within the time frame that will be set by conference at an additional cost. The list of Journals are available on conference website. Papers in absentia will also be considered. Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.

Best Paper Award

Best Paper Award will be presented in each track to authors whose work represents groundbreaking research in their respective areas.

Plagiarism Policy The term “plagiarism” can be simply defined as the unauthorized copying of written set of information, results/outcomes/findings or literary state-of-art. So while representing or discussing the outcomes, facts & figures or information, which is result of intellect of someone else, the original source/resource should be acknowledged thereof and should be cited appropriately. As per our policy no any paper will be accepted, if it is reflecting grounds of plagiarism; as highlighted by the software used for plagiarism evaluation. However in case if the article is showing plagiarism up to 30% , the author concern will be intimated for the same for the needful changes/alterations, with subject to resubmission. In no any circumstances the organizing institute and the journal publishing the conference proceedings will be held responsible for the legal or any other consequences of plagiarism report and the author will be solely responsible for the same.

Submitted papers will go through intense peer review and after successful review, papers will be selected for the conference. All the submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind peer review. The author and co-authors will be notified upon selection.

All contributions must be of high quality, original, should not have been published elsewhere and should not be submitted for publication elsewhere during the review period or time of the conference.

Paper should be according to the conference paper template and must be no longer than 5 pages. Authors are required to submit their paper in MS-WORD format.
